One human reads this address and answers within two business days: hello@menumenace.com.

Delete your account and data

  1. Open Menu Menace.
  2. Go to the Saved tab, then tap the gear, or open Settings from Home.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

That deletes your profile, saved items, price watches, logged orders, registered devices and your posts. It completes within 30 days, backups included, and it cannot be undone. Prices you verified stay in the public record as anonymous confirmations — they are facts about a restaurant, not about you.

No phone handy? Email hello@menumenace.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete it for you.

Common questions

A price is wrong. How do I fix it?

Open the item and tap the price card, or snap the board again. Your confirmation is dated and public, and it beats our estimate immediately. A new price resets the 30-day verification window and alerts anyone watching that item.

Why is the protein number an estimate?

Because most restaurants do not publish nutrition. We use the chain's own figures where they exist, a USDA FoodData Central match scaled to the portion where they do not, and a model estimate as a last resort. All three are labelled with the calculator icon. See how it works.

The app says my menu has no items.

Nobody has scanned that venue yet. Tap Snap the menu, photograph the board, and the app reads the prices and ranks them, usually in under a minute.

Location is off and nothing is nearby.

Location is optional. Use the Find tab and type the name of the place instead.

I signed in and lost my saved items.

You should not have — signing in links your anonymous account rather than replacing it. If something is missing, email us with the approximate time you signed in and we will recover it.

Do you have ads or sell my data?

No ads, no data sales. Sponsored picks are labelled and rare. See the privacy policy.

I own a restaurant and something here is wrong.

Email hello@menumenace.com with the venue and what is wrong. Corrections from an owner are applied quickly; they are still labelled as reported prices until a dated confirmation exists.

Accessibility

The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and TalkBack, and honours reduced-motion. If something is unusable, tell us — we treat that as a bug, not a request.
